How do you know if your on the spending limit program? I can't seem to pay off my tab despite it being 4 months.

You should have been explicitly told that you'd be on the spending limit program. As far as I know you do not qualify for a tab when you are on the spending program aeither.

I think you should send them a Facebook /Twitter message and ask why you can't pay your tab off. Pretty sure you would know if you were on a spending limit program.

If memory serves, the tab charge is part of the monthly spending limit. 

Login to your self-serve account and click on the: Billing tab - select Billing Overview. You should see a section indicating: 'You're on the Spending Limit Program'. The spending limit amount along with your spending limit balance should appear in a section near the bottom of the billing overview page.
