I have been a Koodo monthly customer for over 3 years and have never missed a bill payment. My account information states that I am on the spending limit program but I read that this should be automatically lifted after 9 months of on time payments? Just wanting to know how to have the limit lifted and why this has not been done automatically? Thanks in advance for your feedback!

It could be an outdated information. We can't open your account in the community, but if you want to make sure, you can call in to customer service by dialling *611 from your Koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636. Hope it works out :)
