Special offer does not appear in self serve

Hi, I want to change my plan online for the limited offer at 32$ (Québec). However, it does not appear in the list of plans on my self-serve.. What can I do?

I would suggest calling then if it doesn't appear on self-serve and explain that's the case.

Log out and log back in and see if that helps. If not than like Goran suggested, give customer care a call(ignore the msg about a fee for calling)
