From Settings, go to: Language and input. Under 'Keyboard and input preferences', tap Samsung keyboard. Tap 'Add input languages'. Allow the language list to update, this may take a few seconds. You'll see a message when the language list update is complete. Scroll down and select either Español ES or US. You'll need to be connected to Wi-Fi (preferred) or mobile data in order to download additional languages.

Hi Paula,

Are you still unable to change the language of your phone? Have you followed Chadwick's suggestion?
