I am getting emails from "88899" saying they are Scotia and I have been told to send a Stop message, charged to me! I sent one Stop and now they have sent me a duplicate request. Can you please block them and reverse the charges?
Well, if its really an email that you received, then I wouldnt have advised to text anything from your phone.
As for reversing charges, this is a community driven forum, and most people on here are customers like yourself. In regards to any fee reversal, I advise to call *611 from your mobile device and discuss the matter with customer care directly.
