What it sounds like the issue you're having is a hardware problem. How long have you had the device? If it is under a year you can bring it to the nearest Koodo kiosk and have it serviced. If it is older than a year you can try removing the battery again and sim card and putting them back in but it will only be a minor fix. The Ace 2X has been known to be plagued with issues, so you can try the options I mentioned or you can possibly upgrade to a newer device that may be better suited to your needs.
