Do you mean your Koodo number was assigned to another Bell Mobility customer, rather than to your new Bell Mobility account?

A little more clarity in your post would help folks to offer suggestions.

Exactly! That would have your account number, your phone number and your personal information, all connected in one place.

@ Hi-shop, I see you were able to log into your account. Gather all the info and contact Bell. You may want to give them hell, as they suppose to validate all info before tinkering with anyone's account. If the port went through, you will have re-port back to us. It's a pain I know, but there is not another way unfortunately to do it.

Hmmmm.....sounds like Bell was the one not protecting your privacy. They were the ones that accepted the id and any other info provided to them in whatever fashion when the request was made to port-out. Am I missing something?
