Someone else accessed my account

I use a moto G. Have always had this phone for 2 years, with the same Sim card. I woke up one day, no service, could take even call koodo to see what was up?! So I called from another phone, got a rep, and he said oh this is what's wrong, you went to the store right, and you bought a new Sim, and put it in a different phone. A Samsung s2??.... Ummmmmm.... Nope!! WTF? HE'LL NO.
I've been home for the last 2 days, wasn't me, my dear. Wtf is up? So he said, this is weird, apparently he said he made a note on my account, and went to say don't worry about it let me and koodo fix it. 2 days later, I get a text, saying I reached my credit limit. My bill went from $53.oo to $214.oo.. I called koodo, and she had no clue what I was yapping about. I tried to tell her that it wasn't me who swaped Sims, and phones. And wanted to know why my bill was so high... She couldn't tell me anything bc my bill date just ended. I'm more than pissed, I love koodo, but c'mon!!! This is my personal Info here.. Who accessed My acct. Why was it so easy? Why could one rep see it, but the other could not? Wtf is going on? Anyone have a clue....
