So we have all the apps turned off, mail set to push manually etc etc. And STILL data usage is outrageous. I had bumped up the plan to include data and it seems like since I did, I get even more "you have used x data" texts. I would LOVE to use customer support, but sure not willing to pay for it. Does anyone have any ideas. Its an iphone c, like I said push is off, apps are set to not use data etc. Thanks!

Need just a bit more info. How much data do you have in your plan and when are you using the internet on your phone? A lot of times people use the internet with WiFi on but if it's a weaker connection than their data, the iPhone will prefer to use data.

I also recommend to check under Settings > Cellular and scroll down until you see "System Services" and "Uninstalled Apps". Please keep in mind that services like Siri use your cellular data when WiFi is not available. You can tap on "System Services to have more details.
