so this is a Google Nexus 4 question. I got this phone with koodo back in January of this year 2014, and it just started doing this weird thing where it gets down may 80%-50% and the signal will drop I will have no signal and it will shut itself off and then when I go to turn it back on the battery is drained so I will plug. it in to charge it and it will be fine. I did a factory reset on my phone and I downloaded back my apps but then I had a friend message me and tell me I shouldnt have done that right away so I uninstalled some of the new apps that I downloaded before this issue happened not sure if its going to work or not but I just thought I would see if anyone else is having this issue Thanks sorry its long winded

Hi Nicole, that is unfortunate. You could check out this link or possibly get it checked over at a kiosk and (get it sent for repair, etc if necessary) since you still have warranty.

Hey Nicole,

To reset your phone, take a look at this link: Here are the steps to close your apps running in the background: From the home screen, tap and hold the Home key/Tap and drag the desired application to the left or right to close/The application is now closed. Hope this helps.
