I would look into your pdf bill, where it will tell you the detail. The above was just a summary. You could track down the time and date of it in the bill.

Koodo cannot charge you if they didn't have any record.

Your only option then is to call and ask about those charges.

Eric, 3 calls were made to various 800 numbers that triggered the charge. One on March 12th 2 3:54 in the afternoon and 2 on March 15th at 12:25 and 12:27.  Can you look at your invoice and see those numbers? It may help to figure out what you may have called them for.

Triton has been scamming people for years.  No Canadian telecom company should cooperate with it by collecting bogus charges on Triton's behalf. 

My run in with Triton was on my Bell home phone bill, years ago. I made a 1-800 call to get support about a broken appliance.  At no time was I informed I would incur a charge.  Triton lies when it claims the contrary. 

I disputed my charge with Bell who directed me to Triton which refused to budge on the $4.99 charge. I refused to budge either!  Bell finally agreed to pay Triton's bill on my behalf. Despite this, Triton still blocks me from some 1-800 numbers in the USA, claiming I never paid their charge on my account. They are thugs.
Why their charges continue to be placed on Canadian telecom bills is beyond me.
