Wheres my 5$ for first base plan renewal never got it wheres my 100 minute booster for registering my credit card never got it .... oh and i pay for voice mail but lol I can't use it haven't been able to use it since the day i bought it so much false advertising koodo
yeah i got the phone at walmart on march 11 it came with a 20$ koodo card with purchase i got unlimited text with voicemail i received a koodo message with in the first 2 weeks that when i renew my base plan for the first time i'll receive 5$ credit to my account and i thought that was cool (never ended up getting it) then i started receiving my alerts for new voicemail and i tried to call on my phone couldn't activate my voicemail so i went on to self serve to reset my password still couldn't activate it so i looked around koodo support and found that i could call from a different phone and get it setup and receive my voicemail but when i called on another phone it said "to protect my privacy please call back from my cellphone" so i took it to the koodo booth to see if they could help me and they couldn't they even sold me a sim card for $22.60 which other company's give away for free (and personally i think if your a koodo customer and need a new sim if that's what they suggest they shouldn't try and sell you one your already a customer if they want to keep that customer give them a new sim card for free so that they can use the products they paid for) the voicemail is set up now i had to spend extra money on some stupid booster just to access my voicemail which lets not get into it again I've already payed for voicemail "why do i have to pay more to access a service i already pay for"
Hey Tomas! Although voicemail is indeed included in your base plan, when you call voicemail it uses up from your minutes so you need to have an active minutes Booster in your account to be able to do so. When you activate your prepaid services, you get a $20 activation credit which covers your original SIM card purchase, but any additional SIM card purchased cannot be credited back and that is the same for all providers.
