Since waiting for my prepaid Visa card!

Hi there, I received my prepaid visa reward card, and unfortunately the card has an expired valid thru date. I spoke with Koodo on the 2 of March and was promised a new card would be issued. Having not yet received a replacement card, I called to inquire today and was told (after waiting over 1/2 an hour) that I had to email the web store. I have since done that only to be directed here, I do not wish to share my account details over this public access, so please advise as to what I need to do to clear up this issue, and get a valid prepaid card. Thanks for your assistance
