Since January 1st I have not been able to turn the data on my phone on...

I check mark my mobile data but my data does not turn on...

Have you tried a battery pull or power cycling the phone if there's not removable battery (hold down the power button when the phones on until it powers off and comes back on then let go of the power button)

=Make sure your APN settings are correct for
Koodo.

- Make sure it isn't set to 2g or gsm only under network type in the network settings of the phone.

- Make sure you haven't reached your data limit you may have set on your device.

- Make sure you haven't reached your overage limit
I have checked all these things and it still shows no network available...

I have fiddled around with the phone and shut it down for a good while and it seems to be working now! Thankfully :-) Thanks for getting back to me!
