FED UP with Koodo!
I have a request (to stop preauthorized payment)
No option over the phone.
Nobody responds to my emails (selfserve, customer service etc) 
And then there is this bullshit "ask the community" online. So disappointing ...

Do what  Bob suggested above. Also, for next time, if the option you aren't looking for is not on the phone, just dial 0 so you speak to someone who will do the request for you.
