I have finished setting up my SIM but when I switched on my phone it is requiring me to enter a SIM network unlock PIN

The phone is indicating that it's locked to another network. If it's not a koodo phone you need to get it unlocked. If it is a koodo phone, get it replaced.
Thanks....I bought it at Rogers ...but not attached to's an HTC One
I'll contact Rogers about it

You could also try to find a 3rd party unlock service, they are usually much cheaper. Make sure you use a reliable one though :)

It may be only the PUK SIM code, you can get it by calling *611 X6, if Rogers Phone was not unlocked then call Rogers to unlock it.

You will need to contact your network to get a sim network unlock pin, alternatively you can also use this website: - I've used it before in the past to get unlock pins and its worked really well, so i can vouch for it so should work for you also, worth a shot i suppose. best of luck...
