Sim card errors

multiple phones on one koodo account, new koodo sim card got registered to the wrong phone number... both phones are now not working because trying to switch the sim card number back on one phone results in error code saying the sim card is already in use. how do I fix this?! is there any way to fix it without having to go buy a new sim card or go to a store?

Unfortunately not. Sim cards are one time use only.
