Sim activation ONLY

Hey, Google just shipped my Nexus 4 and UPS say that I'll get it by the end of Monday.

So I want to know if it's possible to go to a Koodo store and activate a sim with a new account with a plan without having my phone with me ? It would be convenient for me because I could have directly a plan for my new Nexus 4 Monday even if I get it at 6pm so I wouldn't have to wait for Tuesday.

Thanks.

Yes, you actually can! Feel free to visit your closest location and just let them know the situation so they understand what you're trying to do and they can activate the line for you so you have it ready.

Don't forget to ask for the 10% off discount you get on your monthly plan for bringing your own phone.

SkAshe: Prepare to be amazed buddy, got mine today and spent the evening playing around with it. You'll LOVE your Nexus 4, and it will be even better once you slap a Koodo SIM in it. Oh and btw, get a micro SIM, that's what the N4 uses, not regular-sized SIMs.

What do you mean "all the glass"? Isn't just the screen glass?

I've read on other forums that the back of the phone is all glass. This would make for a slippery phone.

Yeah, the back is also glass, like the front. I'm using a vinyl protector for the back from dbrands, and a Clarivue glass screen protector for the front. All this with the Google bumper.

I don't find it slippery, but I don't have sweaty hands either. I could see how one with sweaty hands would disagree though.

And for those wondering about its size, I find holding it is exactly like holding my GNex (of course it looks and feels more premium because of the glass back, I was talking size only). So if you've held a GNex and liked it, expect the same.
