Sim card won't register on network on my new Samsung s6edge?

Hi I just recently started my Koodo account and since then I got another Samsung s6 edge cell phone, so today I swiitched the sim card over to it... but is says I'm not registered on network?? Help me please...

Its the same original sim card? Does it work in other phones still? Did you try restarting the phone or taking the sim card out and putting it backing in?

Is the S6 phone unlocked or locked to Telus/Koodo?

This could be caused by two issues. Either the phone isn’t unlocked, or it’s blacklisted. Hopefully it’s the former, because that is easily rectified.

Its most likely blacklisted otherwise it would have asked for an unlock code
