sim card invalid over 20 times

my sim card is not working and i need my phone now. please fix this i have had the phone for 5 days and still does work. Thanks in advance

Hi Ace, can we have more details? Did you just buy a phone with Koodo and it's 5 days old? Bring it back to where you bought it with receipt for an exchange

Sounds like you may be trying to enter either a PUK code, (3 tries) or the SIM password (10 tries). If you're trying to enter the SIM password and you've entered it incorrectly more than 10 times, the SIM card will no longer work and you'll have to buy a new one. If it's the PUK code, simply call customer service from a landline phone and ask for the PUK code. Lastly, it could be a defective SIM card.

You are probably better off, going to a Koodo shop, let them fix it for you on the spot (looks like you need to buy a new Sim)
