How do I transfer my contatcs from my deactivated sim card to my new phone?

First pair the 2 phones with Bluetooth. Insert the deactivated SIM into your phone you want to transfer from. Go to your contacts and change the options to only show contacts on the SIM, then send them via Bluetooth to the new device (should be under share visible contacts or something of that nature).

I recommend saving your contacts to your Gmail account so you'll always have them synced regardless of which phone you're using. I stopped saving my contacts locally years ago.

I lost my contacts from SIM card and I do not have them in my google Gmail , is there a way to get em back

What do you mean lost? If they were deleted or you no longer have the old SIM card, then I'm sorry to say that they're indeed gone forever.

If you still have the old SIM card, you can recover your contacts by following Jonathan's instructions above.

I hd them on my current sim card , I one day looked and all contacts went missing
