SIM card activation problems??

iPhone account was activated 3 days ago. I put the SIM card in; says “phone not activated with this network, please try a different SIM card” so I put the original one back in from previous carrier. I also still have “No service” in the top left corner of my phone and can’t make calls out. I was told that this process of activation/switching a number over would be minimum 20 mins and maximum overnight provided 1 /3 pieces of information from initial set-up were correct, I was told there wasn’t going to be an issue with that. So, why is my phone not working the way it should be? I’ve also emailed several times now - no response. .

Not the kind of service I was expecting considering how so many people rave about this company, I’m yet to be impressed and I need my phone to work properly in 24 hours, or else I’ll be requesting a refund.

Hi Ruth,
Who did the activation and porting for you? Which plan are you on now? have you checked your selfserve? what did it say there?

Also, was your phone unlocked? have you tried the Koodo SIM in another phone?
