My sim is blocked due to suspicious reasons. I am an international student and I was told to fax some important pages of passport and sin number and prrof of residence. I have done it accordingly. And yet there is no response . Will it be fixed?

hi Sajid,
What was the reason that they decided to block you? If the fraud department has been involved, you properly won't hear anything back until they had an official answer for you.

I have heard of this issue in the past and getting it resolved in a timely manner was not pretty.
If you need access to your phone soon, I woul try to give Koodo a call, but they you are not satisfied with their response, I would personally port to Koodo prepaid or to another provider

@toolong And did the response free your account for use or porting?

They restored the accountS to normal. Had to email again though because the rep didn't remove all the IMEIs from the blacklist.

@toolong, do you have the contact email? It may help @Sajid here

I don’t think it is justified here to share the rep’s email address to speed up the process. In my case, they suspended accounts that were paying thousands of dollars every few months, sometimes every month. My bills were so high that once TELUS and Koodo replied to my CCTS complaints later, I got close to $500 in bill credits.
