Signed up on line, received my sim card, no service agreement, no account number? how do i get my account number??

Signed up on line, recieved my sim card, no service agreement, no account number, I am unable to sign up and get my service running, called in and a rep said that i could email the webstore which i did or call during the hours of 3pm and 9pm?? how do i get my account number to beable to start using this service?

hi Neil,
Have you checked all of your email folders including junk and spam? Was the Koodo SIM activated?

As you already contacted Koodo, I would follow their instruction. Btw, do you have your order number? you could post here, if a rep passes by, he/she could check it also.

Hi Dinh, thanks for responding, my order number is Order No. HFO19644504 

The rep said that i have to wait until 3pm to call the webstore, which hours seem odd?

the sim card came in a package with a page that shows what should be in the package, is says, 1 sim card and 1 welcome letter, which was not there......i would  assume that that welcome letter would have had the information that i needed and i would have already been in the process of setting things up here....hoping that someone will see this and may be able to assist....its frustrating

its a bring your own phone thing, i need my account number in order to get on line to set up account and port my number over

I would send a private message to Koodo via facebook or twitter saying that you are a new customer and need your account number.  A koodo rep should be able to look it up and respond faster than the webstore.

I do not know why Koodo insists on the webstore operating separately from the Koodo reps

I actually got a rep on the phone who took all my information and said that he would look after it all and get back to me after he talks to the webstore when they come in at 3pm.....the whole process makes no sense lol....all i need is my account number to set up my line.....but thanks for the input i appreciate it

Oh well that's better that they will call the webstore and get back to you.  Earlier I interpreted your comment as they told you to call the webstore at 3pm

yes they did, but i called back and the guy i got seemed actually interested in assisting me and not brushing me off lol
