Sign up not working (information not matching)

Hi, I have a problem when I try to register for self serve when I enter my name and phone number it goes to the next step but when I enter my postal code and account number it says that the information given does not match the accounts despite the fact I got an email from Koodo with the information required. Please help

Are you sure you're entering the good information? The account number can be found on the papers you first signed with Koodo!

Yeah I checked the papers and I put down the same information

I have the same problem as Tom. Both trying the account # from the e-mail I received and Costumer Number from the package I received with my new phone don't help at all.

Did you use same e-mail address that you used for sign up for Koodo account?
They need same email to register for self serve.

You can clearing browsing history or use different browser to try it again.
