My service is inactive; I paid my bill a few days ago. I tried to call but I don't know my 4-6 digit pin and your services bottleneck there.

Have you talked to someone? When you mean your service bottlenecks there you mean the CR you spoke to or the automatic lady?

Payment does take a few days to process depending on your form of payment
