Show the 60$ data plan some extra love

I was looking through the plans and noticed the lower end data plans include double minutes but sadly there's no extra joy for the 60$ plan. Perhaps El Tabador could hand out a perk? Like Usa Roaming included (hint) or an extra GB of data.

an extra gb would be nice, they used to offer it from the last promotion, it shouldn't be a big pull.

Last time, the $30 and $45 plans both got double minutes AND double data, but the $60 one only got double data since you can't double up unlimited minutes. The $60 plan looks a little less appealing because of this. I suggest making it 3GB instead of 2GB, but of course, just by mentioning this I'll be downvoted to where lost souls go, reddit-style.

I know right or make it the best of the best plan, make it 4GB!

lol Erwin... I doubt even a Koodo employee can get such a plan! I'm not even sure we'll see another round of 6GB plans next summer, because now they know people are hungry for data [they knew before, but now they're certain]. With Wind/Mobilicity on their last breath, Canada will simply morph back into the the all-you-can-bill buffet it was before, all over again, sadly. Once that happens, you will be able to burn through your 100MB monthly allotment in record time though, thanx to LTE deployment!

I myself just started with Koodo, I picked up the S3 and love it, I choose the $60 plan as it had almost everything I needed. When I signed up they had the Double promotion so I ended up with 2GB of data which is really not enough for my needs, I see that they charge $5 per 500MB for additional, If anything I would like to see some more add-ons down the road which would make Koodo even better, I personally would like to see Ringbacks, 3GB-6GB data plans, Visual Voicemail which I would add to my plan, I almost went with Rogers but a friend talked me into Koodo and I am glad I did.

You'll be fine with Koodo, it's the least evil of Canadian carriers. I'm not including the AWS carriers in this though, since we need to stick to nationwide comparisons.

Thank yourself every morning you did not go to Rogers/Bell though, you'd want to pick at your own eyes with a white-hot blunt knife after your first call to either's customer service helpline. I'd rather spend 2 months with my right leg in a cast than ink a contract with them. Yes, I would.

That said, welcome to Koodo!

No issues with Rogers for 5 years. They screwed up my bill when I upgraded to my Captivate a while back but they fixed it immediately and even gave me a sweet retention plan.

The amount of fear mongering on here sometimes is a bit much....

I have to say we didn't have any issues with rogers either but koodo was less expensive and didn't require a contract. I had a phone for the wife through rogers AT&T. When the contract was up we went to Telus then virgin and now Koodo. By far Koodo is the best.
