I am on an old plan $45 Canada-wide plan with an ad on of Call Display, VM and Unlimited Messaging $10 and Data Saver (25 MB included) $5. Should I look at switching to another plan or will I lose something. I can't seem to see what the old $45 Canada-Wide Plan has included but I do know I have unlimited long distance and texting in Canada.

Hi there... The 45$ Canada wide plan is giving you unlimited Canada wide calling only, that is why you need the 10$ add-on to get the sms, cd/vm... I will definitely change to the 60$ Canada Wide plan with 1GB, unlimited sms and minutes, CD/VM... But this is a decision that only you can make...

If you log into self service and check plans and add-ons. Go to "change your plan"
You will see your Current and new plans. you can choose any plan that suit you.
When you change the plan, make sure you look at what your current plan has as well as what you will get. Once the plan is changed, you will not be able to get the old plan back if it is no longer available. :)

You'll lose per-second billing, per-minute billing is now the norm. However, by switching to the $60 plan, you'll get unlimited minutes, call display and voicemail. For the extra $15 bucks, it's not a bad deal, wish they'd up the data to perhaps two or more gigabytes, but if you're not a hardcore data user, one gigabyte of data is plenty.

They're paying $60 now for a plan with unlimited minutes, call display, vm, unlimited messaging and data saver. They can get exactly the same plan (per minute vs per second is academic when both plans are unlimited) for $50 now, or one with a fixed 1 GB of data for the same price they're paying now.

Good point. I was on the older $35 plan with 250 minutes, forgot that the $45 plan came with unlimited minutes.
