should be reimbursted

I was a customer with Koodo over 2 yrs. I decided to buy a new cell phone and gone with an other company. Phone deactivated May 14th. and noticed a charge of $39.55 came out of my acc. Why was this charged? I honored my contract, this should not have happened.
