Should be a Splash at the top of the page regarding recent self-serve changes.

Sometimes significant changes are made for whatever reason that make a lot of previous posts inaccurate or misleading. Recent changes to self serve not immediately obvious to clients:

1. No more SIM changes in self-serve. Must call in.
2. No more Seasonal Change Plan in self-serve. Must call in.

Announcing some of these things up front might save some time and frustration for everyone using this board, as well as improve the mood of clients contacting your telephone staff.

Also I don't know what the editing rate is for Koodo help / faqs but it still says you can go on self-serve for Sim changes. I jus noticed that the seasonal hold article did get updated today . It can certainly cause people to be confused when says x but it's currently y. I think it would be prudent to make these edits happen much quicker.

Whereas I agree with you overall, you are a power user, Bob. Not only do you read stuff, but you also know how to do things and notice changes. AND you know what's going on because you are a regular here :)

I'd argue that the average user doesn't do any of that... and messages like that would probably only confuse them even further (WHAT, SIM change message, I gotta change now???? Let's call what that is supposed to mean, etc)

I could be wrong of course (I often am) :D
