My husband and I each have an iphone on an account with Shock-Free Data plans. The whole reason we signed up was so we could not get overage charges! We have each recent notifications at 75% and 100%, and I authorized a $10 top up one time. Both of us have since been sent additional notifications of usage beyond that limit, which we did NOT authorize. From the volume of similar threads in this forum, it seems Koodo badly needs to get their act together. If you can’t guarantee data blocking except when specifically authorized, then don’t falsely advertise it as shock-free!
