Shock Free Data not enabled

Hi There, I switched to Koodo for the Shock Free data. On my last bill it shows that I have gone over my data, and it didn't pause when I went over. I was shocked when I saw my bill. I have checked my settings and it shows that I supposedly get text messages for when i've used 50%, 90% and 100% data, but I rarely get those, so i assume that i am not going over. How do i ensure shock free data is in place? Please advise.

Hi Marian - I was able to pull up an account matching the email address you're using here, with two lines on the account - is that correct?
If so, I don't see any data overage charges for either line, on the most recent bill, nor the previous one. Have you downloaded the PDF ebill from self serve to review all of the detailed charges? You can do so here.  Let us know if anything is still unclear after reviewing the bill.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I looked at the PDF ebill and it shows that it shows that i have additional usage overage of $28.

I see what you're referring to, Marian. The $28 charge is for Easy Roam use in the U.S (4 days in total), around mid-December (you can see the details on page 7). Does that ring a bell?

Yes, that does ring a bell! Thank you!
