Hi There, I switched to Koodo for the Shock Free data. On my last bill it shows that I have gone over my data, and it didn't pause when I went over. I was shocked when I saw my bill. I have checked my settings and it shows that I supposedly get text messages for when i've used 50%, 90% and 100% data, but I rarely get those, so i assume that i am not going over. How do i ensure shock free data is in place? Please advise.
