I have been a Koodo customer for 7 years with 3 phones on my account. The last few years all of us have gotten warnings by text message that our data has reached 50% and again at 80%. Now that they are advertising it for new plans only....we no longer get these messages. I have been with them so long, I've recommended them to countless people. Now I regret it. Also, they used to send a text reminder if a bill was behind. With 2 babies I forgot, I got no text message and they billed me 35 dollars for it. I will leave and never recommend them again. Where is the loyalty for the existing customers? What do I get for paying for 3 phones for 7 years?
