Shock-Free Data but no Notification

I switched to the 40$ unlimited minutes and texts 1GB+1GB shock free data last month (I already had a plan with shock-free data before), and I don't receive the notifications anymore.

I used to receive them before, so I didn't pay attention and went over my data last month because it didn't block.

I'm trying to select the option to receive the notifications, but it doesn't work.

How can I activate it?

for now, I'm using my phone to track my data usage and block it, but it's not as accurate.

Hi Isa,

Typically the month you change your plan in, the SFD will not work due to pro-ration. It should work fine again in the next billing cycle.

That's what I thought, but I've had 2 bills since I changed my plan, I thought the notifications would be re-activated at the second billing cycle and it hasn't.

Hi Isa - is the account under your name? I couldn't pull up anything matching your name or email. If you log into your self serve account, you should be able to verify that you're on a shock free data plan and also review your notification preferences. If everything checks out and you're still not receiving notifications, you can send us a private message on Facebook and we can look into your account to verify.

@ Isa, on October 3rd it seemed you turned off notification for usage alerts. Pls log into your account and switch them back on if you wish to receive them.
