Looking at my bill, I've been dinged with $5 in data overage. I got the text saying I had reached 100% of my data but nothing about it being paused or okaying overage. I have a new plan so definitely have Shock Free Data. Also, I have pre-auth set up but apparently it didn't charge me for my last bill so now I'm being him with late payment charges. I'm a new customer... this definitely isn't reassuring.
