So I ordered a new iphone and a plan online on Nov 27th as expected I got my confirmation email right away and was told that my shipping email would come with details on where my package was. What concerns me is that I have not received a shipping confirmation email and that my credit card has been charged for the MyTab portion of my bill. I was wondering if this is normal with koodo and I just have to be patient with my online order or if something is wrong on my end.
