I just got a Sim card and bought a prepaid base plan with it at a Koodo kiosk, now I'm at home trying to get it all set up on my phone and I can't get it to work, apparently I did the registration correctly but now trying to send a text and Kent send it and my phone days Koodo is not registered for networking selection, what is the problem now?

Turn the phone off and remove the sim card and put it back in. Turn the phone back on and that should get it going.

Have you made a prepaid self serve account? When you log in to it does it show an active base plan and proper boosters if you purchased any?

You need to have a prepaid self serve in oder to register your prepaid account.

I would strongly recommend dialing *611 from your phone and doing it from Koodo's automated system if that's feasible.
