Service problems please HELP!!!!!

Ok so my iPhone 4 says it dosent have service but I payed my bills and everything ... What's going on?... Help please !!!!

Try putting your phone in Airplane mode, turning off the phone, and then turning it back on and disabling airplane mode. Also go into Settings > Cellular and making sure that "Enable 3G" is turned on. Koodo doesn't use 2G networks, so having 3G off basically turns your phone into an iPod touch.

Were you suspended for non-payment or were you on the spending limit program and hit your limit recently?

Also, what was the method of payment? If it was through online banking, they are known to take anywhere from 3-5 days to process. Credit card payments are instant.

Thank guys!!!... My 3G was off ....I know It's probably stupid but I just got this phone so I'm learning how to use it!!... But thanks alot!!!:)

remember that its okay to turn off data but not 3G or else like what happened to you, you wonr get any text messages or phone calls.
