I turned off my phone for a month, and just set it up with prepaid again and I'm not getting service. Any tips?

Have you tried going on the site and see what's the staus of your account? Maybe after X day of inactivity the account gets in "pause" mode!?

Try making a call with your phone, it says nothing? You can't even connect to the Koodo network? Try seeing if your SIM is correctly installed.

Sometimes if you disconnect your phone on prepaid for a certain amount of time, you will need to purchase a new SIM card.

Call *611 or 1-866-995-6636 to get in touch with customer service and they can point you in the right direction =)
