Service issue

I have used Koodo for over a year lived at the same address in Innisfil. I currently upgraded my phone to the SIII mini and my boyfriend just signed up with Koodo about a week ago. I always had good service and my boyfriend had okay maybe 3/5 bars with Rogers now neither of us get any service unless we stand out by the road. Is there a good device you can buy that boost signal that isn't like $300? I really like Koodo after having a lot of trouble with Bell and Rogers so I don't want to have to leave but it's really inconvenient to not have any service when I did before with the HTC One V. Any advise would be appreciated

The device you need is this:

http://www.futureshop.ca/en-CA/produc...

It installs outside your home and simply relays cellular signal inside, as well as boosting it.

And as you wanted, it doesn't cost $300, it is $549. But it does work, contrary to cheaper solutions.

I have installed one for my uncle, and it does what it says, wonderfully :)

You probably don't need the $600 one and maybe fine with this unit that's on sale for $129. Take it home try it out if it doesn't work you can always take it back to future shop.

Phone do vary in their ability to receive signals that's why you might see the difference now. If you haven't yet, do a PRL update on your phone. Dial *22803 on your phone and follow the prompts.

Hi Chris, *22803 won't work on HSPA phones! Thank you!
