Okay, that didn't work. Here's the problem. CD Canada Trust has been having problems for about a month, and today it's been bouncing everything. It isn't just me. And because my payment was due today, my phone service is suspended. Apparently I can't talk to anyone at Koodo. Help?

Hi Chanah,

I’m sorry to hear that. You can get in touch with Koodo customer service through a private message in Facebook or call in in the morning.

Just a side note, if you have a suspicion your payment is not going to go through, call in to customer service before the pay by date to avoid suspension. As there is a $35 reconnection fee.

I wish you the best :)

I had no idea that e-transfer was spotty again, as it worked for a while last week and I haven't used it since then. I didn't find out I had no telephone service until I tried to use the phone this evening. I need a new bank, and possibly a new phone company. Ah, well.

I don't have a facebook, so I'll borrow someone's phone tomorrow I guess. Thanks for your help.

Ohh just to let you know, you can call in to Koodo customer service in the morning using your suspended phone. Even though, you cannot make outgoing calls, your call to customer service will go through. Dial *611 or 1-866-995-6636. More than likely because it is beyond your foresight that your payment did not go through. They may waive the $35 reconnection fee and you can arrange bill payment with them.

Goodnight :)

We have TD Canada Trust and haven't experienced any issues with payments on any of our bills including Koodo or Public Mobile, it should work fine.

Are you using e-transfer, or online bill payment? The two are different, and to my knowledge, Koodo does not accept payment by the former method.
