yes, that's the #, but you'll have to pay $5 for help. OUTRAGEOUS! Kodoo, you need to fix this:  offer free support for God's sake. It's just good service.

Mayumi's right Anca! Service fees apply only when you call to do something that can be done for free via your Self Serve account. We won't charge you for asking questions or for Tech Support as Mayumi mentioned :)

Hope this helps!

How do you know what I'm asking about before you even answer my call? the first thing you mention when I call your # is that I'll be charged for it. Why don't you try calling your support number as a customer?

It says your might be charged.
The rep helps you with your problem. and if you could have easily done it yourself, then the charge is applied.

Well, I called them before and I remember it said something like " $5 (or $10) fee MAY APPLY" or " There MIGHT be a charge..."
It wasn't " we will charge you $5 for your call"

Add: TBH, I don't like those "charge/fee may apply"message - upfront baceuse it scared so many ppl. But I just call 611 and it seems they removed those message.
