Service cancelled,need help with the last bill

Hi! I cancelled my service last week. Since I'm always paying in advance for the next month, the final bill should be cancelled. However, my final bill is still there. It's impossible to connect to help line via the phone. Please help to resolve the issue.

The final bill will be prorated so you will receive a discount for the days not used. Once you get your final bill check page 3 of your pdf ebill to see the full breakdown.

Thanks. My new billing period starts tomorrow. Does that mean i have to wait for a revised bill? Because we pay each month in advance right?
