Is Koodo experiencing server problems or something? I cannot log in to my app on my BlackBerry or the website on my computer. Keep getting the same message that my username email address or passwords are incorrect. For the past three days I couldn't get on to this community website either.
There are no problems with self serve. It is working fine. If the website is also telling you that your username or password is incorrect, call customer service so they can either reset your password or figure out the problem on the backend.
