Tab M only available in-store and not online

Also, have you considered the 5S? The 4S has made it's time and in my opinion, paying 275$ for a phone that you will keep 2-3 years is worth more than paying 0$ for a phone that will be out of its time in 1 year. The 4S is getting slower, and soon you will be frustrated with it. It's a 3 years old phone AND it only has 8GB < baaaad choice here

PLUS,

In 2-3 years you can sell the 5S for 200-300$ which will reimburse the money you piad now. Free phone here, see? The iphone 4S is around 100-200$ on the kijiji market which will represent the value of the 5S +/- in 2 years from now.

Think about this before buying your 4S. I'd even consider the 5C at this point

I'm with Robert. The last time I used an iPhone 4S was when iOS7 came out, and it was way past its prime in terms of performance. Honestly, it'd be a good option if it was $150, but $300 for a 4S is rather much these days.

Consider getting a refurbished phone. I know Koodo sells some and a refurbished iPhone 5C is cheaper and better than a brand new iPhone 4S that's at the end of it's life. iOS 8 is the final major update for the iPhone 4S and the phone will be obsolete by next year. Cheers!
