Seriously koodo. Get your act together and figure out what it wrong with your messenging service. I haven't been able to send a text since yester day. And it is not my Sim card. This is extremely frustrating to deal with.

Have you tried removing the SIM card and restarting the phone? I'm not aware of others having any issues. If you're still unable to resolve your issue this way, I'd suggest calling customer service (611 from your mobile) to let them know you have a problem so that they can investigate the cause of the issue.

Well on the other thread you posted we ran through the usual troubleshooting steps. The only other thing I can think of is a defective SIM card or maybe 3G isn't enabled in settings? Go to cellular settings (the menus vary by phone) and make sure it says GSM/WCDMA/LTE or GSM/WCDMA.

Can you call in/out?

No issues here been texting all day today and for years with koodo and never had a single issue. Definitely give customer service a call like Ivan suggested it could be something that needs done in their end if you've done all that's been suggested to you previously here.

Gave them a call and went through all of this. Apparently I can't send/receive texts or make calls when I'm at home. As soo as I went out I was able this send a text

Any other Koodo or Telus phones you can test this out with?  Right now it could be a phone issue with getting a signal or it could be a network issue if there was a change in a cell phone tower

I'm having the same trouble with no reception all of a sudden. I call Koodo and they say there is a problem with the tower on day, and then the next say that I just have poor coverage in my area. (Not according to their maps!!!) I run a business from my house and have to go up the road to make a call. What happened? Agents are no help at all.

BTW I've done all of the steps mentioned here and my phone is fine everywhere else. Its Koodo service.

I also have been having issues receiving calls, along with sending and receiving text messages. my phone is less than a month old so I know its not an issue with an old phone. and up till recently I've had no issues. there must be issues in the koodo network
