I know that I don't qualify for the 24 month guarantee, but it's crazy how I had my tab for 20 months and I still have 28 more months to go. That's like 4 years total and longer than a 3 year contract. Can Koodo do something about it or am I stuck with this tab for another 2 years?
You can contact Koodo Customer Care and ask for the Loyalty department and describe your situation. It's possible that they may clear you tab with the 24 month guarantee instead. You are probably taking a long time to clear your tab because you have a very low plan which means that it only puts a small amount to your tab.
