I sent my Samsung gallaxy s3 away to get potentially fixed. The charging port was not working. I called koodo and they sent me a loner phone and I se nt mine away, the lady on the phone told me it would cost 25 dollars and I would see that on my next bill. When I received my next bill I saw a charge that said previously out of warrenty --$100.00!!what does this mean? Koodo has not contacted me since they sent out a loner phone.I would think before they charge me 75 more dollars then I was told they should of contacted me.
