Sending and Receiving Pictures

For the past few months now I have not been able to send or accept texted pictures. My plan includes it, so I am not sure what the problem is?

You need data enabled to use MMS.

A few MONTHS??? Yikes you should have said earlier, Jill.

Did you request a data block or did you switch off data? That is usually the no 1 reason why MMS doesn't work... if not, we'll continue the troubleshoot :D
