Hello is 5e Self Service down? I try to pay my phone bill but I can’t.

I can login just fine. What error do you get when you try to pay your bill?

Yes I can log in fine. I use the same Cibc prepaid Visa card which I used many times to pay my koodo bill with.
It says:
The transaction didn’t go through. Please re enter your information or try different payment method

Try *611. It's always been at least one notch less buggy than self-serve for me.

I will try that but Incase that doesn’t work what else can I do to pay my phone bill. I now will get late cha gets because the bill should have been paid on the 20th.

Use *611 to talk to an agent. They should wave any late fee or transaction charges once you explain what you have tried to do so far.
